Welcome to my Whole Foods family blog. In this blog I hope to share my food journey, while I try to change my children’s diets from processed and nutrient deficient, to pact fool for nutrients. I feel a change needs to happen for the health and future happiness of my children. Adella is my oldest she is 3 and her diet consists of pretzels, chips, noodles, rice, butter, hotdogs, cheese, and the occasional apple, banana, and broccoli. There is not much else, besides sweets, that she will eat. In order to get her to eat better food I need to learn to cook and prepare better food for her. I need to have better snacks available and better meals for her to eat. For the past 22 days I have been cooking healthy meals but she has refused to eat anything, and I find myself fixing separate noodles or rice just so she will eat. I know that here has to be a better way and I am determined to find it.
